Well seeing as you have them 2 weeks old you can now concentrate on nurturing them. They are too small to guage sexes. Thats months down the track. Ok they are tiny but yeah you might want to transplant. Don't wait until they are rootbound as they will stop growing. The roots grow umbrella like so use a wide pot. Let their roots stretch out and the branches will do likewise. Once they have a few pairs of leaves they will really shoot up and you will be blown away at the pace.

 

They are a bit tall. A bit of breeze will strengthen those stems but they need plenty of light.
