This doesn't make any sense to me. He was allowed to plant up too 200 plants as per his license. But in the video they are pulling out 200 plants as per the law.

 

Senseless.

 

Kinda reminds me off the troubles medical marijuana dispensaries and growers were facing in the early days of medical marijuana USA, they had licenses and permits and they were legal.. but they weren't federally legal or something along those lines.

 

Lawyer on the forum like Grace might be able to clear things up.

 

I'm sure some of the terminally ill and chronically ill people he grows for are going to directly suffer as a consequence of this, particularily if they are in a position where they can't grow their own.

 

Good on the man for doing what he does, it's people like this that are the tip of the spear in the war against this particuarily draconian cannabis policy.

 

Marijuana laws need to be ammended.

 

They baited and shot aboriginals many decades ago.. many decades from now I hope we can excpect some form of cannabis reconciliation, obviously to a lesser extent than aboriginal genocide. However, makes me feel like i'm still in the 1900's. There are people with criminal records , heavy fines and in jail that shouldn't be.
