hey ozstoners im getting a bit worried about my seedlings there 16 days old and seem to be so stunted and im trying to work out what im doing wrong, perhaps feeding them to much water? iv been chasing up info for days now and i just cant understand what im doing wrong i havent noticed any new leaf growth at all either? i got some pictures to show anyways , cheers!

 

Im running 2 cfls 5000k one 240 watt and one 140 watt

i was mixing in a 3000k 240 watt for a bit but got rid of it.

Hey slabs, my guess is ur potting mix has a really shit-ass p.h. The problem with most potting mixes is there's no quality control when it comes to p.h. A lot of mixes will end up being acidic due to a lot of organic matter...

Take my advice with a grain of salt, coz I've been told I don't know shit, but that's too much water, cuz! Let 'er dry out a bit, and Bob's your Aunties second husband!

hey , pot looks a bit big , should buy a light mate and a small fan ..needs a gentle breeze , ph 7 for soilperlite

Yeah man what ya growin in looks like balls.

 

Might be good for the garden but not for canna. Too much bark and crap, that will give ya high ph.

Is it just the one seedling having trouble?Are the CFLs a full spectrum grow bulb?Is the soil too wet?Is the bulb too close to the seedling,and giving it a heat issue?
