Cannabis legality in the next 10-20 years

Cannabis. It's legality in the next 10 to 20 years. Where can you see it?

Will logic and science reign supreme in the motives behind legalization and prohibition, or will it continue

on its path of ignorance and unfounded suppression?

i dont like the chances , specially now they have this legal Sativex for medical use .. they wont let ppl grow thier own and self medicate when thats around ... and just the idea of recreational use is an anathema for straight society

but we still live in hope and i hope im wrong

I am a bit more optimistic.

 

Historically thinking it has been outlawed only for a fraction of a time, due to a political trend. Scare tactics and propaganda against it have already worked overtime, and during the last few years there have been a lot of positive changes. Give it a generation or two and things should look brighter.

 

Sober and straight societies are also going out, at least in the western world. Kids are already growing up being used to all sorts of bad drugs to treat social and physical issues.
