weird looking marks/burns on leafs

Aye it's washed sand that I also washed myself before putting in on. I also had a similar thought frazz an this morning at work I made a pipe with holes in it so I can put it into the soil an use my air pump to get some air into the soil. I was also thinking more last night about the possibility of it being 2 problems - do u think it could be over fertilisation and over watering?? It not just 1 plant im tryin to save - it's 5 of them an I already lost 1 to it!! It's heart breakin seeing them get sicker by the day!!

yea i do, but my opinion is just that, an opinion .. but the only way you will find out is modify your practices so you are not killing them with kindness
