I was very diligent with the neem thing, And I still got gnats.

So now I think the coco you intend on using shouyld be neemed or debugged somehow 3 weeks before used to make sure the 14day cycle of the bugs is broken then maintain neem every 2 weeks.

I'll be testing a product from Symbiot that boastst a microbial control of pest lava. They are taking the symbiotic approach, adding helpful bugs to a grow; Lava eating bacteria

What medium do you grow in Chopperw33d? Having a healthy soil ecosystem should deal with your nematode problem, but of course, if you're growing in a purely hydroponic medium, rather than soil, that's probably not possible.

 

Like iTiC said, microbial control of pests is worth looking into.

 

Does Fongarid actually control the nematodes? It's action is not directed towards animals like insects or nematodes, so I would find it surprising if it were actually killing off the nematodes at all.

i doubt fongarid kills nematodes. perhaps it kills something that the nematodes feed off? doesn't really make sense though if the nematodes are a problem to the plants.

Fongarid definately does not kill nematodes. U need serious chemical to kill nematodes.
