Choc-Chip Canna Cookies

 

This recipe makes around 30 biscuits.

2 ¼ cups plain flour

1 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Pinch of salt

250grms of Canna Butter

½ cup caster sugar

½ cup brown sugar, firmly packed

1 tsp vanilla essence

2 eggs

100-200grms choc bits

 

Preheat your oven to 190c, grease baking trays. Sift first 3 ingredients and set aside. Cream butter, sugars and vanilla together until creamy. Gradually beat in eggs and sifted dry ingredients. Fold choc bits through mixture.

Now drop a teaspoonsful of mixture onto your trays. Top with extra bits if desired. Cook for 10-12 mins, then loosen and cool on trays. Enjoy! This recipe is from a nestle pack of choc bits, I changed it down myself to make 12 biscuits, works really well!
