Has anyone given those orange looking ceramic drippers a go?, been doing some homework and always look at new ways to make things more self contained, Already got two plots and sorted the boys from girls so am thinking of trying these ''wet pots'' out as they slowly sweat out around a litre a week, so maybe two of those in big arse pot with 20litre gravity water source could be something to try as have few seedlings left over that were set aside for replacing males, Will try the drippers and use rinsed shredded seaweed as mulch and a layer of peastraw aswell. Ive seen ladies do alright out my way where it gets hot and dry some strains dont mind I guess.

Anything that waters them will work =D, just make sure it doesnt make your crop seem completely obvious.

dont be so lazy... dig a big ass hole condition the soil with worm castings and whatever other good shit u can find and plant your girls straight into the ground. u will hardly ever have water issues if they are directly in the ground just give em a good feed with a good liquid fertiliser whenever you see them and your golden. plus it cuts down on your plants being discovered pots are easy to spot and alot easier to pick up and carry away

Thats just what I am thinking of doing, would be nice to dig, but would need to drill and blast, so pots are it, see you in the bush watering area, I am new as well and am still going through the vast resource.

Grow near a creek and take some water vessels down with you that you leave there under some scrimping. Still a bit of water to haul a couple of hundred litres around the bush, but not so bad when the water supply is only a few metres away.
