I am just wondering if some gower/s who have experimented with lighting cycles could answer a question and maybe give a few pointers?

If you have a seedling/clone on 24/24, what would be the best way to put it outdoors with the least amount of stress? Do you reduce the hours slowly until you get to a certain cycle then put it out or what?
