Flowering a Male

A quick question for anyone with any knowledge on the topic. I may potentially have a male plant that I would like to grow and collect some pollen of to use on some ladies. I don't want to grow it outdoors as its to high a risk of impregnating the girls. I have a 50w fluro and some other 20w's but no HPS or MH. Would these lights be strong enough to produce some pollen out of the male? for some reason I thought males would require less energy to produce pollen as it seems like a little less effort on their behalf .

I reckon so mate. Little bit of pollen goes a long way so flower them out from the get go. Good luck with it buddy
