The growing condtions of the seedlings are they recieve full sun, they are grown in their own pots. The lower part of the stem is a light yellow-brown colour, the upper part of the stem is dark purple, the stems are not mushy and no smell nor do they fall over.

 

Just after the seedlings emerged there was a period of 3 days of heavy rain. The 5 effected seedlings have been moved to another part of the yard which is in full sunlight. I do not think humidity is the problem here may be over watering??? lol
