Found Medical Strains!

Hi,

after much searching Ive found two strains with good reps. Sour Tsunami and Women’s Collective Stinky Purple ...........YAY!

 

now the challenge is to find seed which i can't find anywhere : (

 

has anyone grown these b4 .....what are they like???

These both seem to be american hybrids and although available in California, in limited supply.

So good luck in getting them here.

Both have a high CBD level. Have a look through the strain guide for something with a 10%+ CBD level of a strain you can purchase from a seed bank and have delivered.

just search throu seed companys as they often say medical seeds or they say the strain is good for pain. sleep ect

I am not sure 10% CBD even exists does it? I have done a bit of research into this myself lately and because of the THC obsession it is hard to be find information on good CBD strains let alone the seeds themselves.

 

But I think it has more to do with the CBD/THC ratio than anything.

This is a good post here which shows CBD/THC ratio's and I do think it is possible to chase down Cannatonic, by resin seeds I think. Interesting some peoples smoke reports on the strain is they do not really get high at all, because of the even ratio.

There are threads like this on most forums as well, you just have to do a lot of reading.

 

I think if you can find something like 2% CBD 8-10% THC and harvest with a high percentage of amber trics it might be getting close to ideal for medical use, its a good ratio. Some seed companies do publish CBD % but it is rarely over 1% and THC can be very high, who knows how reliable the info is as well; I am sure some companies are realizing there is a need/market for this though and working on it.

Seems amber trics has absolutely nothing to do with CBD's, amber trics is THC oxidizing into CBN's. Seems CBD's is something simply in the genetics and has little if anything to do with harvest.

 

Looks like a decent list of high CBD strains here, I need some, high THC flips me out sometimes
