Canna- Choc Fudge Brownies

Hey Stoners,

Made some awesome Canna-butter so been on a baking binge :chef: . One of my favourite things to do stoned :bongon:

So i thought i'd share my Canna- Choc Fudge Brownie recipe.. But beware, this recipe is for true chocoholics like me, definitely not for the

faint- hearted :faint:

 

I whipped this batch up tonight in about 35 minutes

 

Remember the better quality the ingredients, the better quality the results

 

 

Tools you'll need

 

  1. Medium sized bowl
  2. Wooden spoon
  3. Metal spoon
  4. Fork
  5. Sieve/sifter
  6. Measuring cups
  7. Baking paper
  8. Slice tin
  9. Cooling rack
  10. Small pot

Ingredients

 

  1. 200g Canna butter
  2. 1 tablespoon Normal butter
  3. 200g block Dark cooking chocolate (we prefer at least 70% cocoa)
  4. 1 cup + 4 teaspoons Caster sugar
  5. 1 tablespoon Icing sugar
  6. 1 cup + 2 tablespoon of Plain flour
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  9. 3 eggs

What to do:

Pre-heat your oven to 180c

Sift the sugar in to the bowl

Melt the Canna-butter and chocolate in the pot over a low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon

When it's melted pour it over the sugar and mix it well, then set it aside to cool to about room temperature. Use this time to have a cone :bongon:

Grease your slice tin with normal butter and line it with baking paper. If you don't the fudge will stick and go to shit. Then set this aside

Lightly beat your eggs one at a time with the fork, til they just lose their orange colour, then one at a time add them to the chocolate mixture stirring really well in between adding the next egg. If the chocolate mix is too hot it will cook the eggs and turn to shit

Add the vanilla essence and mix well

Sift the flour and salt in to the mix and fold in with the metal spoon. When you fold, you just scoop up the mix and fold it over.

Don't stir it

Pour it in to the slice tin and spread it our to the edges and corners. Bit like laying mortar for bricks

Bake it for 25 minutes

Dust with icing sugar

Awesome mate!!! I made some choc fudge brownies recently with a special peanut butter and nutella thick sauce through them, my first attempt at cooking and have had nothing but compliments and more Mind you my recipe called for melted butter so I cooked up the canna butter (3.7g of top bud with 250g of butter) and strained it straight through into the mix after 2.5hrs of cooking (will put up a thread when I have the motivation lol because I took pics and directions etc)

 

Anyways I am baked myself atm, so good job mate and will be making some bulk cannabutter myself now that I have the confidence and will have a crack at this :)

 

By the way I have the munchies now looking at that ! YUM
