Burnt Tips (pics attached) yellow green dots

Hi,

 

After some more help with my autopot system, i have attached pics can someone please help with my issue and how to fix?

 

I have ph fairly stable and runngin 800ppm ph 5.8 fluc. growing with perilite in autopot. i have burnt tops of trees and bud sites have dry and yellow burnt tips on them please help.

better pics might help - ie under something less HPS-ey... and more in focus.

 

Light burn? I dunno, my plants did the same thing, someone had suggested it was because they got wet and then burnt under the HPS.

Heya Strapo, usually burnt tips are a sign your giving them too much Nutrients. More is not always better, give them a lower mix of Nutrients, maybe 2/3 -3/4 what your using now and they should come good. best of luck man. Should see a difference in a week or so on the newer growth. Peace. gh72

Sorta looks like HPS burn from the light being too close/not cooled properly.

As all of the above - Could be a number of things

 

How close is your light to the plant ?

 

Have you found water/moisture on your leaves also - poor air circulation/ventilation can cause water burning

 

I would try and reduce nute's for 5days or so and see how the new growth turns out and check light to plant distance is adequate.

I've had plenty of problems with the Autopots, i find it very difficult to control things...

 

Just waiting for my current ones to finish before i go off and start my DWC setup

When it happened to my plants I put it down to using fertz too frequently. I'm sure I was right too.

I wanted mine to grow like the beans in Jack and the Beanstalk.

Looks like being fried from to much nutes.

Problem with auto pots is the plants use up pleanty of water and leave a toxic mess behind.

They need to be flushed regularly to avoid toxic nute levels.

Yea. My best guess would over feeding.

 

I have done this before also. Seemed to start not long after i turned it to flower cycle.. before you change to nutes for flowering you should perhaps give them a good flush first.

 

 

I am pretty sure i over fed mine and made the coco toxic. Flushing like crazy after that did very little to help.. The plant finished, looked ok but she did not produce any resin and was not worth smoking.
