found a grow site with pots, etc

I was trekking around my place for a grow spot and I saw a plastic bag, thinking nothing of it I decided to go and investigate. I was completely blown out coz there was a grow site there There was a bag of compost, a seedling tray, 12 buckets full of potting mix-compost and a roll of chicken wire. It looked like it had been there for at least one season (there was grass growing from the pots and there was one stem left in a bucket.)

 

I have taken most of the buckets and the chicken wire back to aother spot that is not as good.

 

I am bit shat off though coz this spot was the best grow site, and because someone has grown there I am scared they'll come back this season and rip my crop. what should I do?

mate you stole someone elses grow gear? fucking take it back for starters.

Mate if someone leaves gear on my property I'm sorry, but I'm gonna keep it. If it was on crown land thta would be a different story.

Leave an eviction notice for them?

 

You should just put one plant there and try make all the ground so if anyone walks near it they will leave foot prints.... Then you can tell if they are gonna come back and thus finding if its safe to grow there.

 

Or try find a new grow spot?

Grow in both spots, if the crop gets ripped of in the suspect spot then you will know it's not safe to use in future and you will still have your crop at the other site.

Id say that as a general rule if someone has grown in a particular site with much success they are more than likely to do it again...

 

Id give it two years b4 planting a crop there...

Yeah, wait a bit into spring before planting out any seedlings there, so you can ensure no-one else is using it.

Go to your local cop shop and get one of their business cards,

Write a little message on it like "Do you know how long we can send you to jail" and leave it at the grow spot.

If the guy comes back he sure wont be growing there again.
