Looking for short plants

Hey everyone,

 

I'm planning to purchase some seeds from a seedbank (probably demon seeds, going by the reviews) and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend a decent strain that will be relatively short plants? I'm pretty new at growing so at this point I don't want seeds that are too expensive.

 

I've got a nice little bush plant that's coming along nicely, just from a seed in a deal. But I want some short plants to try out my new grow light.

Do some research on LST - it's a way of keeping your plants height manageable.

 

Or you could try automatic plants - they stay relatively small.

Hey Gabz...welcome to OS. Anything sativa will stretch during flowering. Indicas like the kush varieties will stay relatively short. Simple answer if you're growing under lights is...switch 'em to flower earlier & you'll end up with smaller plants. Good luck

with proper growing techiques you can keep any plant short, Scrogging, LST training, Supercropping can keep any plant short. If you dont have a ton of light I seriously recommend Scrogging.

I think Blue Mystic and Short Rider are both good strains, I heard they stay small AND they dont even smell that much. But personally I have not grown these plants myself, this is just from research. I think you should check it out!
