Need help! What's happening?

Recommended Posts

Growing indoor, under a 20W Fluorescent light. At vegetative growth stage. No fans currently... I just changed from a garden soil to a potting mix... The plant went from perfectly healthy, then the leaves started drooping; and are now withering, yellowing and curling up... Pics supplied

hey sm0k3r if it is being grown indoors it could be done in 10 weeks :) sure u don't mean 10 days?

it will depend on the amount of light its getting, any less than 16-18 hours a day is not enough to maintain vegatative growth and so it will begin to flower. how long are you running your light for? Plants of any size can flower, here is a pic of a little one of mine i left outside and they fowered.

looks very healthy in the old shots, although pretty small for 10 weeks old, make sure when you water, you water thoroughly until it flows out the bottom of the pot for a while. then let it completly dry out between waters. also make sure you have plenty of drainage at the bottom of the pot, a layer or small stones or perlite or clay balls will ensure good drainage.

also make sure you're not giving it any nutes, just fresh water for a few days.im sure sum1 else can give you some better advice, just try to keep it simple and get it healthy again.

good luck.

Was just thinking... Should I start her budding so I can get what I can while she's still alive? I'm using an 18/6 timing at the moment. Had a look at her this morning, only the top 2 pair of leaves are still healthy, plus the tip. But the good thing is they aren't drooping anymore... Will prob post pics later

You`ve gone from heavy dirt to a nutrient enriched potting mix, the poor plant`s getting burnt alive...kudos for buying decent mix though:up:

Water the guts out of it, let it get near dry and do it again, depending on position may take a day or even 4-5. When it`s looking better, albeit a bit pale, ya know you can GENTLY feed it again.

Keep putting up pix and ppl will steer you right again, by your description, she`s making a comeback
