are 2 lights really better then one

Recommended Posts

hey guys ive done a few days research into having 2 lights in the one space and now that the funds are in im looking at adding an extra 4oowatt hps to my all ready 400watt dual spectrom lamp powered grow cub..my cub as decent venterlation thanks to fans as well as a/c..now from what i understand the plants need co2 to process light there for i added a co2 machine consisting of water sugar and yeast in 3x2 ltr bottles in hope that wen i add this extra light it wont be a waste of time and money my grow cub fits 3 pots snug with ballest and co2 bottles..so i read its worth it but reeally...is it?

yer rev is rite , unless yoy have a big room full of heaps of plants i dont think co2 is worth it just for a few plants

with 3 plants an good curculation that air want get stale

if your useing it just for veg why dont you just use flouro's ? heaps cheaper to run an do the sam thing

less power aye...hmm ive got 2 125watt grow lights would they be suffcient..ive just gota go get holsters..

using a 400watt dual spec and 2 fluros is it possible to get a ounce or 2 per plant obviously it differs on nutrients and soil type..but i think ive got that under control so far..there 3weeks old and 6.5inchs and they have 6 nodes and the shade leaves have split out the corner of the stem natraly at the base they have 2 nodes on them as well on every branch..i would post pics but i preffer not
