mystical...do you know its the wrong time of year to be planting things outside?..even if you just put em out for the day...they may start to flower...

Buy yourself a lamp and a cf bulb and your away...thats like 12$ and will save you $$$ in the long run because you will have laready sexed them....

and yes you can transplant them...you just need to prepare the soil first so they have plenty of nutes and water etc...

perhaps try doing a search for outdoor growing tips at this site...theres lots of good ones

Yes, you can transplant from smaller pots to larger ones. But be careful, as disturbing the rootball can cause the plant some stress... So make it as smooth an operation as possible... It's usually better to minimise any transplanting to the absolute minimum. You can germ the seeds in little seedling trays, then that's the first transplant out once you move them on from there... Then if you put them into a good sized pot... say 30 - 40 l or so, you should be okay till flowering, depending on strain. But that's just a guess, it depends on sooooo many different factors it's just not funny.

Less stress = happier and faster growing plants...

Hope that helps ya mate.
