hey oldhippie, i've pretty much read every post since the new site opened and I can tell you that definitely is not the case.

I don't think anyone here blames the USA for the world's problems. Yes some are extremely critical of its GOVERNMENT, but you wouldn't disagree with these criticisms would you? Also we are equally critical of our own government.

We are not anti American, just anti ignorant, hypocritical and immoral governments.

I am sure you will find more ANTI-BUSH than ANTI USA here in Aussie, I openly admit my strong dislikes for the USA government......

Let's face it, most the governments on this planet are run by time wasting, corrupt and greedy individuals that only worry about providing for their own retirement and having a space to repeatedly dip their snouts in the trough, whether it's John "Mr. Sheen" Howard, George Bush or whoever. They don't really give a stuff about the wants and needs of the people that elected them and only seem to make decisions after they have worked out how to make a profit from them, either financially or in votes. People like us never get elected because we don’t fit into their world and we are not rich enough to run an election campaign.

In order to get a political party registered we need 500 signatures and addresses in one area to be confirmed on the electoral role. With that we get a name on the ballot paper with that name on that bit of paper we get votes with votes we get the power to change laws. The problem is for obvious reasons we all need discretion what I just described aint discrete but what about every smokers parents? Bring them along to the next cup. POWER TO THE PEOPLE.
