wierd shit in res?

hey guys need some help with my reservoir, ive got a white bubbly foamy stuff growing its floating in the water but seems to grow on and around the airstones the most.

 

any ideas as to what it is and how to deal with it would be muchly appreciated, oh and it doesnt seem to be affecting the plants as yet but it blocking my water pumps.

just incase it helps im using dutch master gold grow a&b dm add.27 ,silica and oxyplus h202 for a combined total ppm of 1100 and res temps about 20. Any help would rock cos im stressen out abit cheers again

hey gotta grow, only time I got a foamy res was from using vinegar as ph down. If you search foamy res you will find it.
