What happened when your seeds didn't arrive?

There seems to be some confusion as to what happens when your seeds dont turn up and a lot of hearsay about it so i thought poll would be the best way to settle it!

The forum dose have the Seed Bank Guide and its a grate help when trying to choose from the many company's out there but what should you expect if its been a while after parting with your cash and no seeds turn up?

I guess its one of the chances you take with purchasing them. I spend a max $100 and if they get lost or customs gets em well its only $100.
