Weed n Peanut butter piklets

yello , made these the other night not to bad

 

1 egg

2Tbl spoon of sugar

4 Tbl spoons of self raising flour

1/2 cup of Weed Milk

1 tea spoon of smooth peanutbutter

 

First with the weed milk I just put 2 tablespoons of dried herbal into a cup of full fat milk and 2 cups of water and then on the stove bring to the boil and simmer for half hour or so, then strain and you have your weed milk , mmmm

 

Piklets

 

Put the flour and sugar in a bowl then make a well in the middle for your egg to go in , mix egg in slightly then mix the peanut butter in with the egg (seems to mix easier this way) , now start adding the milk to get your piklet batter yeah!

i added in choc chips last time and it was awesome hmmm , might try with banana soon hmmm
