cheapest - all free, gatorade bottle, scissors, tinfoil, rubbberbands. went to some randoms yard and cut there hose and then made it all up in a park and had a good smoke.

 

best homie- all the same but instead of tinfoil used a nice cone piece forgot what size ect, but went very well till mates rents found it.

Gotta be the springer stye bong. 40mm clear rubber tube from bunnings and spring vally juice bottle and your choice of down stem.

I used to make a super stealth watered pipe out of the MnM's mini tube, about 5cm of garden hose and my reliable brass cone piece.

Super compact and the potential to be super harsh.  I got used to it though.  It would pack a mighty punch.
