Hey man I recently was a bit sick and found it hard to smoke, I too have been coughing up black shit which they say is good, better in than out.

 

I found all this exotic glass on the net around the world and thought the exact same thing you did can we import them and will it filter much shit out and make it smooth as I recently stopped mixing tobacco and its a bit rough after I blow it out.

 

I purchased a roor little sista with ash catcher and diffuser and carbon filter.

 

Does anybody know how long it should take to arrive? I purchased it from roor.de

 

I cant stand the aussie agungs rubber and brass knowing the new one is coming, although agung has served many very well its time to move into the future.

Agung is good, but i'd say if your into giant hits like me, well its not good for you. The more surface area you have the less ash gets in your lungs and the smoother the hit. I've done .8g hits before in my big bong, but if you fuck up the breathing while your ripping it, you get a mouth full of ash and you WILL puke...

 

I have no idea about ROOR.de every time I go on there my avast anti virus comes up with 'trojan alert'.. even though its probably nothing I get sick of hearing the alarm go off.

 

 

People dont waste your time with vapes.... did you actually know that you get less? sure its healthier for you.... but you will never get as high as a bong.

 

I'd say you'd need to find out what kind of postage you got, if its express no probs, but keep in mind Europe is partially frozen over at the moment and my sister is stranded at an Austrian airport (sucked in ), so your order may take a while if it is via airmail.

 

the carbon filters are a waste of money really. all you need is a good set of diffusers and percs you'll be sweet.

I just went on the EDIT website and there are people complaining about 5mm glass..... I mean come'on! half a cm! thats still pretty thick compared to Australian standards! what do they want a fucken baseball bat they can bash some prick over the head with.

, 99% of all Toro's and SG are only 5mm and I've never broken a piece yet, yeah I have a couple of 7mm .de RooR's but it's really overkill let alone the US Tubes 9mm ones .

Just a tip to whoever was planning on getting the Weed Star perc...don't.

They're nothing but trouble, the percs are really poorly made and break easy. And if it's the same as the one I tried out, the perc isn't removable so when it's clogged, you'll have a hard time unclogging it.

Oh and in regards to the 5mm thing, 5mm is plenty thick, I have a 5mm EHLE, and it's an absolute beast. I have no fears of it breaking at all. Unless you're the clumsiest motherfucker on the planet, you'll be fine

Yea I agree about not getting the Weedstar Illusion, even though its 5mm the joint strength is shitty, broke ours within 3 days of getting it. Stick with the Ehles, imo the best value for money on there. Ive got a 1000mL bent neck and its perfect, would highly reccommend you get the diffusers too.

 

Oh and I'm in NSW, have successfully had 4 or 5 orders come through from edit with no problem at all, however sometimes there customer service isnt all that great.

Well im glad i've made this topic as even Oz thought it was illegal to import them to NSW.

 

Its been established now that customs will not seize orders bound for NSW.

 

 

Is weedstar really that shitty????

 

I've never has issues with my blackleaf's pretty good glass compared to Aussie standards... if weedstar is worse than that ill be sick to my stomach.

 

I might look into Pure Glass then, I dont like EHLE as it's too simple for me, and I need something filtered as my lungs are coated in black crap from not having a perc'ed bong. It's not pleasant to say the least.

 

One thing that puts me off Pure Glass Bongs is that they dont come in a plain glass model, but I dont mind the look of the black one.

 

If all turns to shit Ill just get another blackleaf, so far i've been happy with the quality and value and havent found any major flaws in the glass besides in one of the stems which could be a little bit better.

something like this seems ok, but they look like they sell out pretty quick.

 

 

If Tree percs are common for getting clogged Ill look more into Dome percs. plus so far they have tapered joints, dropped mine on tiles, didnt break.

 

Im happy so far as long as its reasonable im a fan of it.

I must say, from all the bongs i have seen so far i would never fork out that much $ for a bit of glass to smoke through...

 

However that 50 pound black leaf one in the first link in the last post with double dome percs looks very nice and affordable, i wish they did have some in stock .
