WTF help started flowering 2 weeks into summer

Hey guys this is weird first when my plant was younger it started flowering for a coupple weeks at the end of winter cos i planted a little early but it reverted back to veg now 2 weeks into summer i just seen today preflowers with a few hairs everywhere, we are at about 15 hours of light a day why would she do this?

also now that i know shes trying to flower would still feeding veg nutes like i am be causing the yellowing of leaves from the bottom up mine u ive only got fan leaves on about the top 1/4 of the plant the resy have yellowed and died.

Some pics would help.. feedin veg nutes should help aslong as you dont over do it ... i added a pic of some seeds i got growing of the 6 2 are flowering 2 are runts and 2 are veggin stong ... if you cut off the flowering sites and leave just the regeved sites it should reveg quicker...
