Howdy all just thought id share my most recent form of ingestion that i have become fond of.

 

Hot MILO with Cannabis infused Coconut Oil.

 

I use Cold Pressed Virgin Coconut Oil.

 

I find the double boiler extraction method works best.

I simply place desired amount of herb in the oil and leave for a couple of hours, stirring occasionally. Then strain.

I recommend you experiment with quantities to find your desired strength.

Coconut oil stays solid below 20 degrees Celsius. Has extremely high smoke point.

 

I heat about 3/4 cup of Milk in the microwave, add 3 teaspoons of milo and one teaspoon of sugar

then however much coconut oil you need. Stir well.

 

Coconut oil is mostly medium chain fatty acids, the body treats these more like a carbohydrate than a fat.

Much better for you than butter. Can replace butter in a lot of recipes.

Not really sure..? I guess any oil will extract something...> I know that Coconut oil is about 92% saturated fat

which makes it great for extracting the goodness out of tha herb. I am not sure on SAT fat content of peanut oil.

I don't really like the coconut taste either, the mlio covers it up pretty good.

You can also get Coconut oil that is more refined that has no taste.

Peanut oil is the most disgusting stuff on earth for eating.
