What you have there is powdery mildew. It's a fungal pathogen and unless controlled will spread all over your plants rendering the bud only fit for the compost heap. If the spread is not too great you can control it easily with Microkill (I can vouch first hand that it works). Read about that here. http://www.hydrocentre.com.au/microkill/

TAHT IS NOT POWRDEREY MILDEW sorry guys i dont have a photo but i know for sure that is not powdery .powdery looks like powder and will come off the leaves when you rub it . it looks more like over feeding maybe to much calcium or potassium

water on the leaves left behind small brown dots on the leaves.

It could either be too much heat where you are growing,lights too close to the plant burning it,or spraying plants w/water,etc. while the lights are on and the standing liquid causes the leaves to burn under the lights.
