NL#5 Finishing Time ?

OK ,, High Grade Seed stock again I have 2 plants ,, one is producing skinny Resin laden buds and one has colas the size of ya fore arm . How long does NL#5 usually take to finish ? I am on my 8th week and the Fore Arm buds arent even looking like finishing The skinny ones , are also looking a fair way off finishing . Not even any brown hairs yet

Anyone else grown this Variety ? How long till she is finished ?

After this grow , I am going back to my bagseed stock ,.,. much quicker finishing times ,, and much better yields

Seems like I got a load of Sativa seeds that would be better suited to outdoor growing rather than indoors

Hey Closet Grower,

 

I have just harvested two of the identical plant, also from HGS.

firstly I would like to say; That one of them ran into the lights in the 4th week of flower.

So I had to cut the top, and then the plant decided to go into flower instead of producing

more ovule. So I go a bit of weed from her at about 8 weeks.

 

The other girl headed up nicely, ill post some photo's

in about 2 weeks. Wet bud weight was 1040g

I got her to a stage where the ovule were fully developed and about half the hairs were brown.

The trichomes were nice and milky and I don't really like a couch lock stone

The buds smell nice and tropical, I would describe it as grape fruit.

It took about 10 weeks to get her to this stage.

I was using CannaBoost also.

 

Ive got a HGS blueberry girl still going for another 2 weeks

We estimate her wet but weight will be 2kg

These two plants were under 1600w of HPS also

Cheers Cyclone ,, I will give it another 2 weeks TOPS ,, then I will harvest I only have 400 w HPS I need to get another crop in before Xmas . As my Grow room is really full

The seeds from HGS do seem to have many Phenotypes .

Yeah,

Ive had a couple,

but i generally plant 6 seeds and keep the best 2 females and make em big.

don't bother with anything that's not prime.

Stay with in the law and have lots of weed

 

Buy another light dude and you will get heaps more tasty heads

I have 2 lights ,, one in the Veg cab and one in the Flower cab . Because these NL are taking so long to finish the ones in the Veg cab are getting a wee bit big I will just do some trimming before I Flower them

All the NL#5 I`ve grown finished up in 7-8 weeks.Northern Lights is generally a genetically stable plant,and shouldn`t have vastly different phenotypes.I gather high grade seeds is a seed company????I`m not familiar with them and their reputation for seed stock.

High Grade Seeds is a Seed company and all I can say is ,, DONT buy off them .
