Is this a slow rate of growth?

An outdoor plant 6 weeks old from a seed its on its 8th node including the seed leaves.

 

also is it normal to loss leaves like ive lossed the seed leaves and the next set of leaves up wich was just 1 leave not a 3 but now the first set of 3 leaves are turning yellow

The rate of growth isn't too bad for outdoors this time of year.

 

It is normal to lose lower leaves eventually, however you need to fertilize. The lower leaves are turning yellow and dying due to lack of nitrogen. fertilizer will significantly increase the growth rate.
