I have started to grow and my living space is not all that big so i have very little grow space.

I would like my plant so be about 30cm high and dome out with a 30cm diameter. nothing to be at the moment...

 

It's a very simple setup... a pot, good soil, sun light...etc.....

Any help would be nice

Can you give us some measurements on the actual grow space available? ie total height available etc.

 

Something to remember is the importance of ventilation....your grow space would need to have some air flow.

 

Also are you growing from seed or clone?....it would be pretty hard to restrict a plant to 30cm if its from seed...clone could be possible with training.

Well the grow space is a small balcony, i started from a seed and it is now almost 3 month old and about 10 cm tall

Ah sorry thought it was indoor. In that case I guess let it be for the time beign. Its going to want to grow a lot bigger than 30 cm though by harvest time next year....It should probably take off in summer. Good luck.
