harvest question, help plz

I have a beautiful plant which has been flowering for a while now, 85%-95% of the pistils have turned brown on the top 2/3 of the plant and look ready yet the buds on the bottom 1/3 of the plant are significantly smaller and need at least a weeks more growing time as the pistils on them are all white still. my question is should I harvest the top 2/3 now before the potency of the budd drops and let the smaller buds finish growing? if i did that would it stun the plant or put it back into vegetative state? or should I harvest the whole plant now? or should I harvest once the smaller budds have matured? i'll also let u know the leaves r starting to yellow n die off signaling the end of its cycle. any input would b much appreciated thank you.

You should be able to harvest what is ready and leave the rest to ripen and pick at a later date
