Someone was asking about double boilers

OK, final pic.

 

I've replaced the water a couple of times and still getting colour in the water, but it's clear enough for me.

 

If anything I feel a bit slack about particulate in the butter, couldn't find any decent cheesecloth to use as strainer. Not really a big deal for me, the peanut butter in my cookies hides most of the flavour/colour this causes.

 

Episode 2 will be making the cookies, might do that tomorrow (but I also have some work I need to do).
