I'm wondering just how healthy your plants were when they were outside. They are very tall and thin with hardly any leaf at all (or has the leaf fallen off?). Moving inside may have created new problems if the plants were already sick.

IMHO they may have been short of light whilst outside, and perhaps also, short on nutrients. Don't take this from me alone tho, I'm interested to hear what others think
