MY PLANTS ARE DROOPING!

I have 5 plants growing outside. theyr all about roughly 8 inches. i transplanted them 4 days ago and they were all fine up until today. on 2 of them the leaves are sagging and on most of them it looks like a few leaves are rotting away or eaten or have spots on them. the thing that confuses me is that theyve gotten taller and the stems got thicker so im not sure exactly what is wrong but please someone help before its too late!

Transplant shock? (that ain't gonna explain things lookin 'eaten' though)

 

Transplanted from where to where? Change of medium? Change of light?

good also be a rooting issue (rot)

no i kept the same medium and theyr getting basically the same light, just maybe a little bit less in the evening.

remove the dead leaves

trim the top inch

give a glass of water with fish emulsion

leave alone for 3 days

see result

theyr bak to normal now.

im trying out this growing kit from phototron.com.

suposed to work real good.
