hi all

 

i have these unknown bugs ! leaves these white trails in the leaf behind , about 1mm long and white . started on the bottom of the plants spreading to the top . has even distribution of them 1-10 on each leaf , not a infestation like mites usually are.

 

they move and jump if you go near them , never seen them fly.

 

tried a weak 1ml/L need oil solution spray but didnt have much effect

it is good to get a positive ID

strat with a google image scearch of -->white fly

be cause not all insects are a pest

some are preditors like --> lace wings that eat aphids

when you fell confident that this insect is a pest

then Byo Dynamic insect pest control rulez

heres how

collect about 20 of the offending insect pests

mush dem up in 100ml of filtered pure water

use a blender

then

leave it in the grow space at grow room tempture for 10hrs to brew

crucial-->brew = >mashed up insect pests + 100mil pure water-->10hrs at grow room temptures

then

after the 10hr brew

strain the brew

so it wont block the spray equipment

now mix at 100 parts water to 1 part strained insect brew

next

spray the entire grow space and plants

thoughly

remember

never spray under lights

ever

strictly---> spray befor the lights come on

or after they go off

ideally before the lights come on is best

Can't really identify from pic although the could be thrips. Thrips are sap suckers (or something like that) and I encounter them when my neighbors coral tree lose's it's leaves for the winter. The thrips have no where to go and attach to my nearby passion fruit vine. The leaf damage is similar. If your still unable to identify the bugs capture some and take them to your local nursery.Make up some bullshit like....what are these things attacking my passion fruit or something and they should point you in the right direction.

 

If not I use Rogor........very potent chemical....very effective...has withholding period of 7 days. Kill's them and other things every time.

 

Oh btw i use Rogor for fruit fly's during tomato season and before I get a flood or nature's method's....I have tried every organic method known to man (short of using bags to cover fruit....which I did try but fuck it's painful) . I think living in suburbia and others lack of maintenance (ie rotting fruit etc) compounds the prob.

before you spray chemicals

everytime

you dont wanna spray toxic chemicals for some insect you havent got

the recomended with holding period is a must

never smoke even 1 leaf before the with holding period is up

you are dealing with dangerous stuff

follow the safty precausions to the letter

this stuff can kill yah

i know you havent tried the Bio-Dynamic methrod of insect control

because

you wouldnt go past it

i first checked this methord at agricualtural collage

it was used to control blow flies on a sheep property

thats was back in 89

with astounding success

since than i have never used anyting elce

because it has never failed me

i have used it for every insect pest in my garden and house to date

it works better than anyting elce i have ever seen

Hi all

Sorry to hear about pest problem !!. Im having simalar prob with the white track marks but my bugs seem to be dark in coulor and multipling. I`d like to try any remody but cant see how im gonna catch any of em .

But gonna do my best to try nitramss solution to prob. (Bio Dynamic) sounds interesting !!.

I`ll be keeping an eye on your progress and will update you on how it works out for me!
