Looks like way too many leaves on your cuttings there.

 

You only need one or 2 sets of leaves at the very top-this allows the cutting/clone to focus more energy on putting out some roots.

 

The environment must not be too warm either I wouldn't let the temp get over 25 c myself as the cutting needs to retain as much moisture as possible

 

That is also why high humidity is required for cuttings.

 

Furthermore your lights should not be too intense, fluros are ideal for this.

 

More chance of striking roots if you use root powder cloning gels/powders etc
