yeh they dont look like any of those ones in the guide but that is a good guide cheers for posting mate. and yeh this is bugging me (pun intended). yeh i could almost swear they are those hoapsis miles. but for a bug that doesnt hurt plants but rather growers introduce them to plnts to kill other bugs has kind of place a bit of doubt in my head. like theyre are so many in there do i get rid of them and what are they eating ??? well i guess that are eating fungus Gnat larvae

i guess

because you use soil and keep it moist and warm

than that is ideal conditions for fungus gnats to thrive

but i am guessing

do you have a magnifing glass???????????

check dem out

what are they doing???????????

as long as there is no dammage to your plants

just observe

 

they may even be a new species
