a weird high, or just reached a new limit?

Question

the other day after having finished a session i went and sat in the lounge chair and started watching tv, i started feeling a rush, a sort of tingling, from my chest that emulated to all over my body, it wasnt completly a tingly feeling, it was deffinetly more of a rush.

i was wondering, when this happens, what does it usualy mean. was it because it was high potent bud (more than what im used to) and i had reached a level of smoking, or was it something else i should really look into

ps. it mainly focuesed to around my lungs and heart area of my chest.

I don't know if this is correct. But my guess is as good as any others.

When I meditate I get this kind of rush feeling too. This is actually USED to make you more relaxed.

So if I get this when high I would close my eyes and concentrate on this feeling. Spread it throughout your body and you will be REALLY relaxed.

Also I'm thinking maybe it could be because weed has an analgesic effect. Maybe the THC/(whatever else does that) numb up your lungs? Which is why it just stays around the chest area?

Food for thought.
