If you provide more informaion such as the type of compost (medium ) your usaing it may help however tentavly YES it looks like a nutrient deficiency possibly Nitrogen.

 

then again your pot is not full and it look like you plant needs repotting so in the procweasas I would get some reasonable mix and rpot it asa root bound can be your problem.

Flush yamin

give her a flush

and check for insect with a magnifing glass

especially underneath the leaf

if you find any

kill dem all and come back alone

 

looks abit like too much love

to me

do you know how to flush???

that is the best first aid for plants

in fact

a regular weekly flush is often recomended in most hydro mediums

and fortnightly for soil in pots

chop the leaf off hide all its problems and hope for the best nah just kidding give it a really good flush than water with half strength nutes with correct PH
