Guacamole with a twist

1 ripe avocado, peeled, seeded

� tsp ground cumin

� tomato, diced

1/8 cup minced red onion

10 g cannabis

� serrano chilie, seeded, minced

1 tbsp Cup chopped cilantro leaves

1 tbsp fresh lime juice

Hot pepper sauce, salt, white pepper to taste

 

Cut avocado in large chunks and mash coarsely in large bowl with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and blend gently - leaving some small chunks is fine. Taste and adjust seasoning with more pepper sauce, salt and pepper if desired. Serves 6-8 with tortilla chips or more if used in conjunction with other Mexican specialties.

Not a big fan of tacos sorry mate.

 

But otherwise sounds great. Just one question - what does the THC suspend in? THC is not water soluable and the only component there I see that could suspend it would be the avocado.

 

There's not heat, no melting.

 

What's the effect? Or are you using the pot just for taste?

i love mexican food, but avocado makes me sick, so no go with the gaucamole

hahaha man this sounds delicious, i love mexican food especially tacos and burritos, but this sounds like a good party idea too will try it out in the future
