CONSERVING C02

I HAD A CRAZY IDEA...JUST MIGHT BE CRAZY ENOUGH TO WORK!I HAVE A 2FT X 4 FT RESOVOIR.INSTED OF LETTING CO2 GET WASTED ON FLOOR I HAD AN IDEA.COULDNT I TAPE A 7" STRIP OF CONSTUCTION PAPER AROUND RESIVOIR AND CATCH THE CO2.IM IN THE VEG CYCLE AND I KNOW YOU ONLY NEED CO2 FOR BUD CYCLE BUT I WANT TO CLONE ALOT AND I FIGURED IT WOULD SPEED THINGS UP.PLUS MY ROOM AT THE FLOOR IS A LITTLE LEAKY(AIR).MY PLANTS ARE ONLY 4".WILL THIS WORK!!!!!!

plants will use Co2 all the way through their growth.. veg and flower...

 

how exactly is your resi creating Co2??

im new at this so excuse me for trying.anyway,i thought c02 sinks to the floor,the bottom of my grow room leaks air and will be difficult to stop that.(wasting my c02)i have a c02 tank with regulator emitting co2 above my plants.banding around my reservoir from the top of the reservoir to the top of my plants would trap the co2 as it falls letting my plants utilise the c02. all im asking is will that conserve co2.i cant explain it any other way.

Just making sure your awake don't take it personally.

Clones need plenty of Potassium to throw roots, plus they need to conserve water, I doubt CO2 would do much

the plants are not clones there from seed.there two weeks old.I just got my co2 tank yesterday im trying to enhance growth to clone sooner.what are signs of overdoing co2 ?
