Expert help needed please

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

New to the forum and loving the grows and advice that people are putting out.

I am growing some Ak48 in Plagron soil (soil noob), and at the end of the 2nd week of 12/12 the older fan leaves have started getting rust spots all over.

I've checked the run-off and its fine (ph 6.6 ec 1.5).

These pics are at start of 6th week.

I would really be gratefull if anyone can put me out of my misery !!! :freak:

I've also got some thrip damage at the moment (white silver spots) the little shits are getting out of hand !!!

Thanks for listening folks.

Peace

Ha there jim, theres a section in the canniversity page all about nutrient deficiency's,

but those rust spots could be due to foliar feeding your plants while the lights are on. The beads of water on the leaves act like a magnifing glass ,so the light and heat burn the leaves causing the rust spots,Or your plants may have a potassium deficiency, but check out that section in cannaversity i mentioned.......we all learn by our mistakes .........good luck...

hi there jimmy2times

i have found that you can get these rust spots for a few diffent resons

1 overwatering

2 nutes lock-out because of feeding them to much

3 PH being off

4 using to much PK 13/14 or bud boosters

5 not feeding them anuff

6 using pure RO water

i think you will find you have a calcium deficiency if im not wrong, all you got to do now is find out why, i bet you its one of them answers ive given you, most likely from the look of them in the photos, there starving and need food. but i can be wrong on this so you will need to go over everything and try and rule it out yourself.i do not no how often you water or nothing, thats why i cannot help you anymore on this one

anyways keep toking :)
