Hey ive never grown a weed plant before and ive just moved into an apartment with a mate but only have one small cupboard what setup would you recommend.

Maybe by starting off with a few cheap CFLs to get bubs going then add a 250w HPS.

For grow medium coco or coco/perlite and hand water.

I agree with the above statement but if you have no experience gardening you should really do some research.

CFL's are great if used properly, if not your going to be disappointed. perlite/coco is also a good mix but I would recommend soil and perlite as its much more forgiving.

 

Are you looking for perpetual harvest?

you have a small cupboard what size?

what type of yield/turnaround do you want?

how much in the budget?

under good condition you will average .5g per watt(Ie: 250w Hps = 125 grams)

First up let us know what what size coubard u got and take some pics for us......helps alot:).....as ur doin that i reccommend reading up on a few grow direys with soil and hydrponic grows and look at whats going to be best for u...with 600 mate u get some nice lookin buds:)

nar that be sweet as mate......then once u know what size ur working with u can start to choose light, fans number of babies u need to keep u happy

Yea thats sweet.....but with the money u have 150 bux get u a great 400watt hid lamp which will kill any fluro.......but if thats exactly what ur after sweet as......just ur next one u gona want that light i gurantee.

I agree with paulshop the growth difference you see with an HPS or MH system will astonish you compared to CFL's or Fluro tubes. I am learning this first hand as i made the switch to a 400W system from CFL's two weeks ago. And you have the money to do it so why not?

im confused....so if im using a 600wtt luminus will my turn around be .5gms to 600wt. so like...300gms???

also do i need more than one 600 wtt for 3 plants or can i get away with 2 x 400wtts which one is oging to be best as i need a high yeild and quick turn around...money doesnt bother me but i dont want huge heat.
