Cannabis is poison in Qld

Recommended Posts

"Cannabis is included in Schedule 9 of the Standard for the Uniform Scheduling of Drugs and Poisons.

Appendix 7 "Regulated poisons" of the of the Health (Drugs and Poisons) Regulation 1996 (the regulation) includes a Schedule 9 substance. Therefore cannabis is deemed to be a regulated poison in Queensland.

Chapter 4, part 4 of the regulation refers to regulated poisons"

So cannabis is a regulated poison, not sure which one is worse, dangerous drug or regulated poison?
