Nooby good on you, it really is mind-boggling the lenghts these nit-wits go too to eliminate illegal drugs;

in fact i find some programs they work on quite scary, like treating drug addiction by immunotherapy (116$ million worth!) etc

one thing to keep in mind that this outfit(ONDCP) has authority under the Executive Office of the President, which under Bush-Cheney administration means it is above the reach of Congress and therefore has little or no oversight!!! and hence they get away with breaking anti-propaganda laws too
