150mm Spectrum Inline Fan 127L/per.sec or 269 cubic feet per min. cost $80 price of 4 of those little things. This may even work with an odor sok.

You want more out fans than in to get negative pressure so one fan out and let the air be sucked in 25 cubic feet isnt very big.
