Taking clones in flower

I took some clones in the 5th week of flower, and they rooted last week (pics here)

 

I'm not sure whether to pinch out the flowers, or to just leave them alone.

you'll have to leave the buds on for the time being otherwise the plant wont be able to grow any new shoots. once you have new growth on the plant though it is more than safe to trim the buds off, infact from what i have seen it makes them grow faster

How have your clones gone? Mine are back under compact flouro to try and strike some roots.

Only one survived and it took months to re-veg.

 

But now it is crankin and I have taken about ten clones off it, and they are rooting well.

I have been striking clones from 3week flowering plants for years. yes they take a little while to turn back but when they do you are left with about 20 uniform branches all coming from the same node. beats tipping and training ay day and suits my SCROG method down pat. I havent noticed any reduction in yield but it may be possible i was always taking 6-7oz dry from each plant.

Today I took some clones from a lovely outdoor sativa, first time cloning from a plant in flower but I couldn't resist as she was beautiful!

 

I will post some pics and results along with the survival rate.
