wen i should change the water

I usually replace mine, once a week on average

is it safe to have the rootes fullly submerged in the water

Seems to work well, just don't skimp on bubbles

is it ok to veg and flower in this setup and wat can go wrong.

Depends on your setup, as it's a bit hard to tell weather it's indoors or outdoors etc..

More information about your entire setup will probably help, mike. lol

With the water level to start off i have th water touching the net pots until the roots have good growth to them then i drop it down so it is about 1/2 an inch from the bottom of the pot.

I like to use th 150mm net pot but you can use smaller or larger if you want, but i wouldent use any smaller than the 150mm ones if s it imo gives u a more stable base for the plant...
