Nutrient Recommendations / Questions

Hi Folks,

 

I acquired a fair amount of nutrients recently but could do with some helps setting up a good feeding / nute cycle. This is where you come in .. (hopefully !)

 

I have :

 

3 x Bonza Bud (50ml each)

2 x NutriBoost (200ml each)

3 x Superthrive (25ml each)

2 x Nitrozyme (200ml each)

3x Xtreme Zyme (10g each)

3 x Zyme Plus (15g)

1 x GT Silica (1Lt)

 

I got all the above from a hydro shop that was closing down, $90 for the lot. I'm only growing one plant atm but i like to be amply supplied

 

My plant is around 1.5 ft high,6-7 weeks old and growing in organic potting mix. I've just switched the light cycle to 12/12. I have been using very dilute miracle gro up until now - 1 feed every 2 weeks. (watering every 2-3 days)

 

This is my first grow so i'm unsure what to use and when. I've picked up from various posts when to use some of the individual components but don't how what to combine for a successful grow. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

PS do nutes have a shelf life ? - some of these are around 2-3 years old i think.

yes

 

each product should have that info printed, somewhere on the lables

google search

check the web sites of each product

they will have detailed recomedations up there somewhere

also check other users comments in forums

Too many chemicals for my liking. I tend to personally think its best to add maybe 2 or 3 chemicals max to the cycle, as I have had some pretty Chemically buds and they arnt all too tasty...

nutriboost and superthrive are similar

both vitamin b adatives

 

zyme and zyme + are similar to bio bugs

and are used in the root zone

promote healthy white roots

 

nitrozyme is best used as a foliar imho

folow directions on bottle

 

silica will be for resevior

and needs to be mixed and have ph reset prior to adding any nutes

this is the 1st thing i put in me res after water

 

 

bonzabud is a pgr

foliar application to stop stretch and promote budding
